ALL INCLUSIVE DELIVERABLE
SmartAiAd offers an all-inclusive deliverable that covers media, servers, technology, access to third-party behavioral data, setup fees, management fees, and creative costs (if applicable). For example, if SmartAiAd delivers a $2.00 effective CPM and $0.50 CPC on a $10,000 total spend, the client will receive 5,000,000 impressions and 20,000 clicks. The specified CPM and CPC include all costs mentioned above.
LIMITATIONS
In no event shall SmartAiAd or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, including loss of data or profit, or business interruption. These limitations apply even if SmartAiAd or its authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

REFUND POLICY
By approving the campaign details provided in the confirmation email, you authorize SmartAiAd to proceed with executing the campaign. Approval grants authorization to run the campaign according to the terms stated in the confirmation.
If you are unsatisfied with the services received for your budget placed within the SmartAiAd system, you can cancel at any time. A refund will be provided for any remaining funds in your account that have not been spent on ads. Please note that some ads may have a cancellation lag time, but efforts will be made to stop ad spend immediately and return any unused funds.
Requests for early cancellations must be approved in writing or via email by a SmartAiAd account manager.
